Money Problems

Overactive The constant need to buy things can develop a bad credit score over time especially if you start to spend more than you make.

Underactive The lack of discipline can lead to excessive gambling.

Addictive Behaviours

Both can lead to a multitude of addictive behaviours; shopping, gaming, eating, drugs, alcohol and sex are just a few possibilities.

Problems facing challenges at work

Overactive Aggression can bode as a problem when working with others.

Underactive The lack of confidence and self-worth will not help when it comes to standing up for your ideas during collaborations.

How CAN YOu balance your Root Chakra?

Do you fit either category or maybe a little bit of both? Have no fear, you can always become balanced again! It just takes work. So, if you are willing to put in the time that is the first step.

I will be writing more about what I learned about how to balance it in the coming articles. For now, focus on figuring out the root (pun intended lol) of what is causing these imbalances. I have personally always found that digging up the past can be healing for your present - as long as you use it for healing purposes.
